The Public-Private Dialogue on “RCEP E-commerce Provisions and What They Mean for Cambodia” took place virtually on 2nd November 2021. The dialogue was organised by ERIA and co-hosted by Ministry of Commerce of Cambodia. In the second session of the talk titled “Private Sector Perspectives on Opportunities for Cambodia in RCEP”, LCT Chea Ratha, Vice President of CWEA mentioned the challenges women-led MSMEs encountered. Those include lack of access to market, technology and information. To deal with these limitations, she raised about CWEA’s 3E Strategy: Engage, Equip, Empower.
